Hello and Welcome...   In this section I will explain my policy of operation;    When we first meet, we might discuss a property you are interested in and want to view.  I do not require a pre approval, to start the process.  But I highly encourage and recommend you start this process immediately if you haven't already.  Reason being  there are sellers and brokers out there that will require a pre approval before I can set up a showing appointment.     I can give you  contacts  to get that started...  Give me a call today, I can get you on your way to finding that dream home.
